Boxing - Individual and groups
Learn how to box while improving your cardiovascular fitness, power, core strength and flexibility. You have the choice of doing your session one on one with a trainer, bringing along a couple of mates or joining in a boxing class. Boxing sessions can be 45 minutes in the gym or outdoors or can be combined with a weights session to cover all bases.
Corporate fitness classes - In gym and outdoors

Pre and post natal training
