If you want to take the guess work out of training and get the most out of your sessions, there are plenty of tools available to help you achieve this. Knowing small amounts of info such as cadence, heart rate, speed or pace and terrain can give you accurate points of reference to compare training sessions and monitor your progress during and after work outs. Below is some of the information I am currently using when completing the training program above and I make this available to clients when training with me.
